About Water District #119
Water District #119 is a municipal corporation of King County, Washington, serving northeast King County since 1965.
Originally serving the properties of Lake Marcel, the District now provides water service to 1,250 properties, starting from Stillwater in the south, and stretching north to the King/Snohomish County line in the area immediately east of Duvall. Water is purchased from Seattle Public Utilities and is distributed via the Tolt Reservoir Pipeline.
The District is governed by a Board of Commissioners who are three publicly elected citizens living within the District’s service area.
